The best reason to work there is the bonus program. Of course, they don't tell you when they hire you that you aren't eligible until you've worked there for two years, and it's not guaranteed, but it is very generous.

Cons

If you aren't male, you will not be recognized. There is a very strong "good old boys" network within the company, and women are not valued. The benefits are not good, and are expensive, and all of management operates on a need to know basis. Communication skills are not at all important if you are in management, but if you aren't, you will probably hear something negative about your skills in your review.
