This Company is destined to implode on itself. Employees at lower (Staff/Senior Staff/Admin) are treated as expendables. The company culture has deteriorated from when I first joined in 2006 - all management cares about is billability, which is impossible to maintain because the lack of projects. There is no attempt to train, mentor, grow talent because there isn't any place to move up in the large inverted pyramid organizational structure. The company is terrible at immigration related issues - the person who handles this work has not a clue! There's also a tendency of some groups to grow talent to a point, and then let them go using some pretty underhanded tactics. If you like feeling exploited, frustrated and surrounded by general managerial incompetence, this is the place for you. If not, stay the hell away from this ticking time-bomb. Definitely not a place you can build a career.
