Pros

-Work from home, skip the commute.

Cons

-Very low pay compare to other company standard -been working for 6 years, every time i request a salary raise, its been turn down, same salary for last 6 years. -Good luck finding someone to answer to the questions you have. -Constant censorship among the interpreters chat portal, anything related to the company that are negative will quickly get deleted.

Pros

It's a remote position. The training is good, and the instructors take time to teach you.

Cons

I am hired at 15 an hour and I won't get a raise anytime soon, definitely on the lower spectrum of the pay scale for being bilingual.

Pros

Pay is fine Remote Easy enough job you're able to slack off and still be a high performer Good people

Cons

Bonuses are revenue based. Our 2022 personnel costs were too high (as in costs relating to paying people their hourly wages as well as overtime) and as a result they cut our bonuses by 57% Raises and information regarding them are few and far between Poorly managed, especially in the middle of an ongoing movement from one business management platform to the other. Little to no movement for upward progression/promotions

Pros

The only good thing was the bond built between co workers.

Cons

It really saddens me looking back at this place, and how long I wasted my time there, always hoping they would see the hard work and compensate it. They did not, because they did not care. This is easily the most thankless job I have ever had. It also makes me sad because they often would take contractors right out of college, with no office job experience, and hire them, knowing that they were desperately looking for work. Then they pay terribly and work people so hard, and these new young hires don’t know that they deserve better, because this is their first job! So LLTS exploits their eagerness to learn and prove themselves, telling them that if they just keep working harder and doing MORE and HARDER work, with absolutely unrealistic deadlines (without compensation of course for taking on more and more difficult work) then maybe someday they can be a Senior PM! But those jobs only open up few and far between, and in the meantime you are stuck getting paid a pittance and doing more work to show them you deserve a raise and to move up. And they wait, and they grind- a long, long time, to the point where they burn out. It happened to me, it happened to pretty much everyone else I knew while working there. Why does this place do this?? We were all burning ourselves at both ends for this place that never appreciated us, and yet always wanted and expected more. One of my many supervisors (there was constant shuffling of teams and supervisors) would only maybe half the time bother to show up to our pre scheduled meetings with no word from her at all. She just simply wouldn’t show up and also wouldn’t be at her desk to find her. So disrespectful. How does that look, when the one who is supposed to help support and guide you shows you no respect and responsibility? Their Benefits are also quite poor. And, as is the trend every year with employee benefits across all companies sadly, the costs go up and up. And yet they refuse raises to the workers they barely bother to speak with but to give them more to do. Pay is very poor. I see in their responses to reviews that they “seek to meet or exceed” the industry standard in terms of compensation. That can’t be true. If it is, I would encourage current workers to ask their management to exceed compensation- as they clearly state that’s what they are trying to do. I understand the standard for the country may be in fact lower than it needs to be in a place this expensive to live. It is quite hard to go work for a place where you don’t get raises and don’t get paid a livable wage, and see a couple higher-ups roll up in Porsches. This job will cause you stress, annoyance, burn out. Please, do not go here to work as a project manager/coordinator. It is NOT worth it and I fear will only serve to hinder your happiness.
