Pros

They treat you well, as they should. They let you work in peace. HR lady is very nice and always has us doing activities that I appreciate. Compared to other language companies, this one is one of the best because it is not that big, so it still respects its employees.

Cons

Pay only increases from 80 to 90 cents a year. They offer paid vacation but, since they were bought by the miserable BIG Language Solutions company, they don't let you accumulate vacation time anymore; either way, they give us 4 weeks per year. They never hold meetings with the interpreters, so you don't know what's going on, ever. You don't know what the company is doing, what team you are in and what the other teams are doing, you are, pretty much, anonymous. BIG, the parent company, has the worst reputation among employees, but Language Link is a good company overall, I hope it doesn't get destroyed by the new owners. The health insurance they offer is extremely expensive.

Pros

Paid on time, Great benefits.

Cons

Agents from outside the USA are treated horribly, they are not allowed to take break on time, they are understaffed and keep employees on the phone for more than 4 hours at a time. They are paid way less than what we get paid here, they make $6 per hour.
