Work within a fast paced ever changing industry that will only continue to grow.

Cons

Family run company that many times was not able to grow within industry trends. Appreciation for employees was more obligatory than through workplace environment and salary. Vicious cycle of not financially compensating higher producing employees leading to turnover of talent.
