1. Misleading management with nearly zero experience of running a company 2. Demeaning behaviour of the President 3. No distinction between line manager and HR function 4. No respect for personal or professional boundaries 5. Zero job safety 6. Dismissals are a casual occurrence 7. Blame the employee policy excluding 1 employee only 8. Doesn’t really hire local Swedish talent (as they are aware of the local laws already) 9. No operations of its own. Being a 3rd tier AB InBev group company, creates the illusion of a major operator of a global brand. 10. Even contacting the employees of AB InBev company (has their separate office in Stockholm on the same street) is discouraged and frowned upon. 11. The president keeps a note of employees who are union members and discourages to contact union representatives saying they won’t help in any case and that it’s a waste of time.
