Even contacting the employees of AB InBev company (has their separate office in Stockholm on the same street) is discouraged and frowned upon. 11. The president keeps a note of employees who are union members and discourages to contact union representatives saying they won’t help in any case and that it’s a waste of time.

If you have ANY of those characteristics, the president will let you go: Introspective, have self-respect, put boundaries, like to keep your life private, want to have babies. like to use your personal time to do what you want not Brazilian (there are several xenophobic moments in the office in Stockholm) not a brownnoser. Also, if you are too tall, too short, too fat, too skinny, eat garlic, if you invest your free time in education. In addition to the low tolerance trace, the president misleads the employees about the Swedish labor law.
