Not what it was prior to 2023. I used to brag about working at the best company ever. Now, it is concaving in on itself. No one cares about their employees, the business doesn’t care about their patients (they double stack every single appointment), no more Starbucks when the manager comes into clinic, no rewards for going above and beyond, no more $3-$4 raises, cut hours from 40 guaranteed just so the company can benefit somehow, too many on call shifts, 0 appreciation. Just an overall sad decline

I used to live this place when there were inky a few locations Horrible unprofessional upper management. Very toxic, unhealthy, illegal work practices. High school mean girl bully vibes. Only friends of upper management get promoted and they are not bright and truly toxic evil beings. No opportunities and our poor hardworking nurses work like slaves. How sad.
