Pros

Pros monthly staff treatment, staff discounts, guaranteed hours. I love the people I work with. Aesthetic nursing can be a fulfilling career.

Cons

While the company’s financial metrics continue to climb, the internal culture has shifted from 'exciting' to 'exhausting.' The recent removal of the nurse upsell bonus, despite record growth, signals a disconnect between leadership and clinical staff. High turnover has led to chronic understaffing; when call-outs occur, there is no coverage, resulting in triple-booked schedules and poor patient experiences. Furthermore, attendance policies—such as 6-week PTO notice requirements vs. 15-day schedule releases—make work-life balance impossible. This is no longer a sustainable environment for clinicians who value patient care over sales quotas. It’s incredibly frustrating to see bonuses disappear while workloads—and profit—double.

Cons

Management pretends to care but they have their preferred clique that they give the best locations to. All phonies.

- good place to get your foot into aesthetics - okay pay - one free treatment a month

Cons

- greedy and scheming sales - corporation vibes - not enough training/ expected to train in like one week and start treating patients - high turnover
