LaserAway offers a very competitive compensation plan that truly leans into the idea of you get what you put in. If you are a self motivated individual that is able to put in the work, the pay and the perks are phenomenal. Pay structure is very strong and the free treatments during the month are such a get incentive. Would definitely recommend LA to anyone who is sales driven and already has a strong sense of the industry. Company is consistently growing so there are lots of growth opportunity around the country.

Cons

Scheduling has become a bit difficult where we are expected to work a lot but then the company does not like when we request vacation. There could be a better work / life balance!
