Was fun in the beginning, but started to get taxing on the body. Eventually ruined my body working here with bad body mechanics and long laser hair removals, my torso/ribs are twisted and I have pain there and in my back all the time. PCC's try to push you to sell treatments to patients when they don't even need it just so they can make a sale and get commission. We were not able to accept tips at least when I was working there. Their turn overrate is very high, but it may be a good way to get your foot into the medical aesthetic industry.

The only pro is the option for remote or hybrid roles. Pay structure.

Cons

Just listen to the reviews. I was one myself to ignore all of the cons that were posted prior to my start date. They are all true. Extremely high turnover company.

Uncapped commission and treatments are the only perk.

Cons

Favoritism and undeserved promotions are given when you’re best friends with the regional managers and upper management. They are desperate to fill positions so they give them to under qualified staff. The nurses are overworked. The remote sales team are vultures and harass people with calls and texts. They over promise and under deliever. They don’t like anyone who gives “pushback” aka strong personalities. They have people purchase huge packages but allow team members to cancel appointments to guarantee another sale. The greed with this company is insane.
