Pros

8 hour day shifts, only required to work 4 days a week for Full-Time.

Cons

Required to work weekends. Nurses are not respected here. Overworked and not fairly compensated. Pushed to upsell to patients when this is not our job. Triple booked appointments that create a rushed and unsafe environment

If you work in sales and are contemplating taking this job, my only advice for you is DON’T. You’ll be making hundreds of cold calls a day with little to no reward at the end of your day. I had to beg IT to help me fix issues with their phone and text platform and the guy was unable to figure the issues out for weeks and at the end of it the guyjust said oh well you’re gonna have to wait until we switch over. He told me my personal computer was “too old” but the company refuses to send you working equipment, probably because they know most new hires are going quit. My old job would literally overnight me a MacBook if I needed it, pathetic. Upper management plays like the company has it all together and reaching $50k from cold calls alone is what everyone is doing. They aren’t. You’d have to work 6am-8pm to even achieve half of that with cold leads, but they wont pay you for it because you can’t work over 8 hrs per day. If you have real sales skills take them somewhere else this place is a joke
