-must work one weekend a week -no time and a half for holidays -double or even triple bookings -sales employees are more valued -no actual sick days, or vacation days its just PTO that is accrued over time, and if you don’t have any you won't get paid -HR is very aggressive and not helpful. In my past experiences, HR is always the kindest and sweetest, except in LaserAway. You will not want to contact them because they WILL bash you down -FMLA is SO HARD TO APPLY FOR! Please do better in this, especially for a company that praises having all women medical staff. -very high turnover rate -nurses' educational input is not valued; we are told to tell everyone they have great results and are candidates for ALMOST ALL THE TREATMENTS. Be prepared to be a good fabricator of the truth. -sales will tell you, “well, make it work” even when there is absolutely no room in the schedule and patients are getting upset because they are waiting for 15/20 mins -scheduling protocols are NOT followed. You will have some days that you are doing 60/80 min laser hair removal treatments back to back with no break except one lunch break. Overall: if you want to get into aesthetics, apply and take the job. Get your experience and leave or move up.
