Pros

If you want an easy way into the competitive field of aesthetics, this will work. They train in house- will train you on the basics, and they will work you like a factory. Good news is theyre going so fast you'll probably be a lead nurse very quick. Good benefits. Okay pay.

Cons

Double and triple bookings, no respect for the exhaustion and burn out of the nurses. The employee discounts are not great at all. You'll get one free service a month, but you might not have time to actually get it done since you're so busy working for them.

Pros

Barely any now, only plus is 1 free treatment a month.

Cons

Where do I begin? This company used to be one of the top companies I’ve worked for but slowly month by month it’s just deteriorating. They only feed the top performers so if you are mid level expect to be over worked for little to no pay. They even changed the commission structure to make it harder for the mid range associates to make money yet the same top sales are still making the higher percentage and being given all the best ring groups and lead access. They cut off all of the leads so you have a very limited amount of quality leads to share with your 5 team members. All the top players get to keep their nice profitable set ups while the mid range associates get experimented with. There is absolutely no proper training. Associates are coming out of training and being dumped on senior employees who act bewildered that they have to train us after we have spent 2 weeks in so called training. Don’t even get me started on management… the shadier the better at laseraway. Thank goodness they cleared house of all the fake VPs but the problem with management is much bigger. The vps that remain are all jaded because they got a huge pay cut. So they are pawning all their work on the regionals who then pawn it on the associates. Just pay people what they should be paid. This company makes more than enough to properly pay employees. It’s a shame that to go public they need to hurt the same employees that have helped them get there. Trying to go public: I feel bad for the investors in this company as they have no idea the fudging of numbers and stats that goes on behind the scenes. CEO: needs to be more involved in what’s actually happening.
