Pros

Great promos if you make it to 90 days

Cons

Maybe it is just working for the remote SoCal reginal but there is no work life balance. She promotes you to work off the clock making sure you know "you are not approved for overtime" but gotta do what you gotta do. If you ask anyone making any real money they will tell you they work 12 to 16 hours a day. Most of those hours are at least on the clock.

Pros

This company does not care about you. It doesn't matter how much you sell. They will flip it all on you gaslight you cut your commission several times and then put you in positions to make you want to quit when you speak up against what's going on

Cons

Everything here is a con no work life balance, unexpected changes with no notices. Bad management, lack of structure and are too cheap to purchase real sales programs.

Pros

Free treatments and the awesome nurses

Cons

WHERE TO START? I've had a huge variety of different types of jobs over the years and have a SOLID 10+ years in sales. This was, by far, the absolute most toxic work environment that I've ever been a part of. I worked as a remote treatment specialist first and the training is an absolute joke. They legit just expect you to work 12 hours days 6-7 days a week. Moved to in clinic. Even worse. They don't pay nearly enough for all the bs little tasks you have to do daily but then they expect you to sell at the same time. They want to triple book patients appointments rather than charging a no show fee they'd rather punish the clients who DO show up. So after paying THOUSANDS of dollars for treatments (that you can get elsewhere for much less) then they just bump and move appointments. it's insane.
