-It supported the employees to a large extent during Covid pandemic, which shows its employee centric company. -Hybrid working model, and now Remote Full Time Employment option is also open. -Team Bonding, excellent co-workers. -Motivate to take up Udemy courses of your choice and excel in those areas. -Lots of employee benefits. -Transparency between management and employees, even the revenue chart is discussed in Town Hall.
