It is a great place to work. Work-life balance is very good. Health benefit is very considerate. Employee friendly. Management does best to keep employees connected. Many opportunities to work on new projects. If you are proactive you will have many opportunities to shine.

Cons

Overall employee base is small so growth is limited.
