LeadVenture is a product based company. They have a good number of product portfolios with a huge number of customers majorly in the USA. I have been working in this company for the last 5 years. Here, I have got lots of opportunities to learn new things and technologies. Work culture is really good. Flexible timings. You will have a very good quality of laptop, LCD monitor and other workstation related accessories. Leadership is doing an amazing job. From the last few years the company acquired many big companies of their domain and continuously growing. Below are the some of the key points mentioned which this company best of its domain: (1) Flex work/WFH and remote employment benefits. (2) Being paid well, bonuses & raises despite pandemic, referral programs etc. (3) Home Office setup & broadband reimbursement. (4) Superior insurance coverage (mediclaim, accident, life insurance & parents. (5) Variety of technologies, process to learn and grow. (6) Best place for ladies to work. Focus on gender diversity. (7) Regular fun activities, parties and town hall meets. (8) Employee oriented company. You will get regular surveys, skip level meetings to highlight any concern without any hesitation. If anyone is currently reading my this review and wants to apply for any open position, I would like to highly recommend this company to work.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any points for this section. Yes, as company is growing in USA, if can also expand in other countries for any product that will be awesome.

1. It is a product company; with Quality of technical work, they also promote learning and improving technical and personal skills. 2. They offered me a salary way more than I had asked for, they maintain industry-standard salaries, bonuses & raises despite pandemic. 3. The company has superior insurance coverage (mediclaim, accident, life insurance & parents). 4. Flexible work/WFH and remote employment benefits. 5. Home Office setup & broadband reimbursement. 6. A very supportive team, focuses on diversity whether it is gender, color, or community. I have not seen or felt any kind of bias,

Cons

I joined last year back as so far have no regrets, complaints, or dissatisfaction whatsoever. The year flew by and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Pros

Always wanted to work in a software product company. Smart team members who are supportive and fun to work with. A place to learn professionally and try your ideas out. Senior management that has provided teams with the autonomy and resources needed despite circumstances. Good salary, insurance benefits, work location flexibility, unlimited leave etc.

Cons

Few know about LV despite that the company has grown to 1200+, doing well financially despite Covid challenges etc. Need to do a much better job at branding and promoting the company.
