Pros

WFH Flex PTO Company provides laptop and necessary equipment

Cons

Performance reviews were “separated” from merit increases, but in practice, they ultimately influenced how raises were awarded. Even employees who consistently received high ratings did not always see corresponding adjustments. This created uncertainty around how contributions were recognized and rewarded, which affected employee morale and overall engagement. Combined with a pay structure that is well below market value, the lack of consistent merit increases led some employees to scale back their contributions. Acquired companies were restructured and transitioned onto other proprietary platforms that did not always provide the same level of functionality, which created challenges for employees and customers alike. Project timelines were set at the executive level without input from the delivery teams, resulting in declining quality and customer dissatisfaction. Additionally, many U.S.-based roles have been or will soon be transitioned offshore as part of "ongoing restructuring efforts" (RIF). Would not recommend.

Pros

Working at home and decent time off. Coworkers are kind and go out of the way to help each other.

Cons

Owned by private equity that will buy up 5 companies a year but you have to be happy with a 2% raise at best. They use the flex PTO to pin you in and will never give you a decent raise beyond what you start at. There is no room for advancement and if you do advance, it keeps you from getting a raise for a year. Buying up other companies, smashing the products into a worse option while leaving you to defend the price increases to your loyal customers who feel shafted with 0 back up from management.
