Pros

You don't feel much work pressure since they are careful about managing your time to avoid burnout. There's always something to do, and the ability to work from home.

Cons

You may feel somewhat lost since there are no well-structured onboarding processes. Since I joined, there has been no change in my salary or increases. They need to improve processes, as this is something they are currently working on, but it seems like there is still a lot to be done to achieve it.
