Management is on the younger side and create a friendly and cohesive sales environment with honest feedback.

Cons

Training for BDRs is non-existent and you are expected to meet quota with only a baseline knowledge of product and industry. If you don’t come from the roofing or construction industry It will be a hard adjustment and massive learning curve.

Pros

Amazing personnel and team members. The drive shown by ICs and managers are unlike any other companies.

Cons

Clear lack of foresight to execute effectively from c-suite leaders. The company attempted to scale prematurely in 2025 which caused a downsize of employees due to product deficiencies and lack of self-reflection of executives and Nexa (PE) to effectively address those issues prior to pushing for the next seed round. Within one year 8 executive leaders were terminated within the origination with little self-reflection on how best to progress the company forward after their departures. The company is at a fork in the road for either survival or acquisition, let alone a next seed round.

People genuinely care about each other. Even during hard moments, there’s a strong sense of humanity and respect across teams. Leadership is accessible and visible, especially in times of change. Remote-first culture with flexibility.

Cons

Like many companies in the home improvement and construction space, this year has been especially challenging. Market shifts, interest rates, and broader economic pressures have forced difficult decisions. Change has happened quickly at times, which can feel unsettling - especially for newer employees still getting their footing.
