Pros

small company, war room type atmosphere. Fun to be a part of a product rising in the market.

Cons

Don't expect to have your voice heard. For such a small company that was still in start-up mode, I would have thought this to be much more of a collaborative opportunity. Instead I was told to shut up and cold call and was expected to find 30 demos in a month and close 50% of them, all while selling a decent-at-best-tech in an archaic industry. The guys running this show all came from home improvement sales backgrounds and they treat software sales the same way.

Pros

Everyone takes the time to make you welcome. For a young company the onboarding process, the technology provided, workspace and fun were really great. They take customers and employee experience very serious. When Covid-19 lockdown occurred it was almost like a well practiced maneuverand customers never felt any difference. We got lunch delivered home, played dictionary with colleagues, zoom meetings, and virtual picnics. Work life balance is great. The executive team is very friendly.

Cons

You learn to use a Mac (PC users note) which is actually not a con as you should learn throughout your life except for a break in school! Got used to it very fast.

Pros

Teams work well with each other, the pace is fast and exciting, and it feels more like a family than a workplace. Leadership has a wide open door and everybody's encouraged to share ideas and feedback. Great opportunities for advancement, or to explore new career options within the company. Friendly, supportive culture with regularly scheduled events No office drama, no negativity, no cliques No pressure to return to the office too soon during the pandemic, everyone's doing great from home. (office is open, if anyone wants to use it - socially distant, sanitizer stations, mask protocols, etc.) Perks: Gym membership, bike share, Bird scooters

Cons

Can be hard not seeing everyone every day during the pandemic Leap embraces change and that's not for everyone. If you don't have a startup mentality, you may have a tough time. Product is technically complex, you have to put in time to fully understand the functionality and workflows.
