Don't be to truthful

Pros

The design and look of the product are very visually appealing to our clients. The growth is there and can be endless. Depending on your department this can be a wonderful place to work.

Cons

We lost several good associates (one in marketing and two in CSS), a considerable loss for LEAP. Middle management keeps a lot from Leadershhip. Motto: Be fake, and you will make it. Be truthful and you got to go.

Thank you for submitting this review. If you are experiencing concerns or have concerns - it is not only encouraged but expected employees come forward to report issues - especially since you are making claims against the company's conduct. I welcome any and all employees to come forward to me, and expect confidentially. I cannot address things I am not aware of. Thank you and I hope we get a chance to speak. - Robyn Johnson , Head of People

Pros

- Talented and driven people across most departments - CEO genuinely cares about the company and its mission - Great potential if the right leadership changes are made

Cons

- High-performing reps (300%+ quota) are overlooked or pushed out, while underperformers stay - Quota attainment is consistently low (~20%), but no meaningful improvements made - Reps are publicly ranked using several metrics, including AI-based call analysis, which creates a culture of surveillance rather than support - Multiple top-ranked reps (in demos completed + in the public ranking system) were recently let go without clear reason - Heavy micromanagement and repeated broken promises from leadership - Push for dishonest or questionable sales tactics to hit goals
