Pros

Great Pay Almost everyone on staff is so kind and helpful if you ask

Cons

Management - In the 5 months I worked for the company I saw 9 BDRs come and go. There is no consistency. They would rather turn and burn reps and hope they find a good fit than actually train and invest into new hires. How could you hope to build a team culture when there is a new team every few months. The CEO needs to take a look at the leader of this team.

Pros

- Talented and driven people across most departments - CEO genuinely cares about the company and its mission - Great potential if the right leadership changes are made

Cons

- High-performing reps (300%+ quota) are overlooked or pushed out, while underperformers stay - Quota attainment is consistently low (~20%), but no meaningful improvements made - Reps are publicly ranked using several metrics, including AI-based call analysis, which creates a culture of surveillance rather than support - Multiple top-ranked reps (in demos completed + in the public ranking system) were recently let go without clear reason - Heavy micromanagement and repeated broken promises from leadership - Push for dishonest or questionable sales tactics to hit goals

Pros

Remote work with benefits. Annual company conferences and sales outings. Tattoo friendly culture.

Cons

Upper management is held accountable to numbers out of their control. Leaders can't punish or hold underlings accountable without HR intervention. Sales reps are often fired within their first 3 months, and HR won't let us do it sooner, even when warranted.
