Throughout the 6 years I have worked there, people with no experience have climbed up the food chain quickly, when they did not even have the education or experience. Management plays favorites and it shows! New employees have moved up as quickly in 3 months, while others have been there longer with the education and experience needed, but the principals don't care. The company runs on unethical practices down at the resource center levels. Fresh graduates are promoted, while others have had the education when they were in elementary school. No room for advancement. I have learned that the ignorant ones are ones they like. Horrible place to work for! They always tend to change rules to their advantage, but do it for someone they like. Six years of my life wasted. My talent and hard work was never enough. Life is awesome since I have left for another company that appreciates ME!

They don't teach their kids anything. They give them 4 packets to fill out per week which is overwhelming for the students. No manager on site.
