Some teachers "cheat" on credits and management looks the other way. Some staff don't wear masks and management looks the other way. Some staff tell only select parts of conversations and then become management or "favorites" of management and don't have to adhere to all the nit-picky, micromanagement of certain management.

Literally all the admin cares about is the money. At the end of the day this is a business. They don't care that students aren't learning and are just being passed along as long as they can claim ADA at the end of the month. A lot of the practices are shady and admin doesn't back up the staff. If a parent or student complains, it's on you. The only way to move up in the company is to be related to someone else. I worked at a site where almost everyone was related to someone in our admin and even though they lacked qualifications it was easy for them to move up and into other positions.
