Good concept; market needs a product that manages and accounts for leases. If you are in the accounting field, this would be a good fit.

Cons

Arrogant CEO and management team; the SaaS platform is 15+ years of spaghetti coding, meaning bugs that are fixed create problems elsewhere, turning it into a nightmare for coders, customer support people and clients. Will need to make it work with the money they've got...profitability will be paramount.

At the time, the CEO/ founder was not good at delegating. Engineering team could not meet demand when qualified leads were funneled to the sales team.
