Pros

- Facing a tsunami of potential buyers. - Strong team environment that is focused on customer success (very important for me as customer success = company success = employee success/opportunity). - Energetic and passionate management team - Leading SaaS solution for equipment lease management & enterprise lease accounting (leader position). - A fun group as well.

Cons

- No negatives thus far, but facing a tsunami wave and will need to be laser focused on execution. - Given demand, work/life balance could be a challenge

Great potential with business development

Pros

Your efforts are recognized and compensated accordingly. There is a startup feel to the workplace even though it's a large company. The leadership/management listens and they consistently are showing that they care for their employees. Overall a great place to show up to work.

Cons

There used to be lunch catered free to employees but that's gone away after some changes.
