Pros

There is opportunity to contribute at a meaningful level everywhere at LAS. Folks are appreciated/rewarded for proactively problem solving vs waiting to be told what to do. If you have a proposed solution to an issue, the company, all the way up to C-Suite, will listen to a well thought out strategy and plan.

Cons

Moot point now but would say some Executive Leadership. A few recent changes have turned this into a positive.

Pros

LeaseAccelerator is an incredible company with a lot of great people. I have worked here since January and after 5 years at Hewlett-Packard, I'll say it's a breath of fresh air. Everyone is very encouraging and helpful and we do a lot as a group to build up moral. As a solution consultant, I appreciate that our processes are streamlines and don't require me to engage a lot of unnecessary paperwork.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly (literally doubled in size in the 9 months I've been here). So with that has come some growing pains. However, these have been minor and haven't rocked my boat too much.
