Too much competition between employees causing unwarranted confusion for many people. Communication from the top is limited to a few annual emails and an annual meeting. Too many transformation projects yielding substandard results due to consensus type decision making across the company. Lots of self professed experts leading in areas where improvements are desperately needed.

Take the time to read the reviews of this company. Almost all of the 4 and 5 star reviews are a reflection of the salary and benefits packages. Read into the "cons" to get a real sense of the dissatisfaction of employees with leadership, work life balance, and frustration with disorganization. That's what it's really like to work at Ledcor and what you will be faced with on a day to day basis. If you are a driven, skilled and passionate person who takes pride in your work and want to feel like you are part of a high performing team, you will not find that here, particularly from the “Shared Services” group. If you want to turn your brain off and just follow ego driven leaders for the rest of your career, then this is the right place for you.
