Pros

Company will train you however, you're going to be held accountable for all work. If something happens, they don't write you up, they fire you. I guess this isn't a Pro after all.

Cons

No room for advancement. Sr. Management has no idea what they're doing. They've hired their own people (people who worked with them before on other projects in other states). They place the cart before the horse. Almost 3/4 of the people hired actually do not do anything because there's no work.
