      Bad management from the start

      - Salaries are decent - Benefits are pretty good - Some of the employees are a great time - Good open space setup

      Cons

      - Bad communication - Bad organization - No solid procedures in place - Disorganization - Managers micro-manage which is never a good thing - Not a healthy work environment, managers keep eyes on everyone if they leave their desk, even if you have health issues and need a break from sitting and need to stretch your legs. - Company is stuck in the older corporate system

      - great team bonding - great commission $ - great sales training - motivated managers - good incentives (bonuses) - great location - get to meet and know top dogs in the company Incredible opportunity that I would suggest to any motivated young person out there. If the job suits you, it'll undoubtedly change your life . If the job doesn't suit you, its a good experience nonetheless. ***entire salary based on commission - harder you work = more $$$ you make***

      - minimal social life outside of work - bad hours - unpaid meetings before work feel useless sometimes
