      Ledcor is a family oriented company with a focus on getting team members home at the end of every shift safely. Ledcor senior leadership team walks the talk. Ledcor also supports and gives back to the communities where employees live and work, both financially and through volunteerism.

      nothing, bad company who are trying to brainwash young adults who are desperate for work

      Unorganized, Managers and the trainers are not qualified to train . disgusting behavior from the senior vice president who starts bragging about what hes done in life or that he has multiple cars, multiple homes and flies first class . hes probably going through a mid life crisis so I wouldn't blame him. When you start, they give you an area to knock where other reps have knocked on it atleast 5 times in the last 2 weeks. The house they provided me with was dirty, smelled like kaka and there was bugs and atleast 400 fruit flies in that house.
