Pros

Ledcor is a wonderful place to work at, the people are all very friendly and willing to help one another with any problem. Ledcor is efficient at handling any problem effectively and tries to ensure each of the employees are happy. Ledcor is a big company but it feels small because of the constant communication between seperate offices always working together and keeping each office updated.

Cons

The process of joining Ledcor was long and tedious, nearly pushing me to take another job. I do not have any other complaints about Ledcor because it is a great company to work with.

Pros

The pros of working at Ledcor are the people and the welcoming atmosphere. Everyday coming to work, it felt like coming home to people that genuinely care about training you to be the best and giving you different opportunities to learn the most in 4 months. They are incredibly patient and fun to work with. There are always barbecues and team builders to keep the spirit alive in the office environment.

Cons

The downsides of working at Ledcor is that sometimes the work starts to feel a bit routine. I would like to learn more about how subcontractors work or what are some of the things that my upper levels deal with in more specific detail such as cost reports or LEMs.

Pros

The employees make this organization. There is a strong culture of support and helpfulness. This is not an expectation from the organization, just what we want to do. You are successful when we are successful. This is a pretty diverse organization as well; geographically, culturally, in what we do. This helps keep the organization profitable. When one division is down, likely another division is doing well. So if your skills are transferable, you can move divisions and continue to have work.

Cons

Many leaders are still promoted because of their expertise or who they know rather than having leadership and interpersonal skills. There is a lack of transparency in the division's profitability. Divisions still work in silos which result in redundancies and added costs. (Although this they are slowly starting to look at.)
