      Pros

      Great Culture of young people focused on maximizing their success through various means of motivation Absolutely amazing opportunity for advancement and earning potential. If you work hard, you will be noticed and if you slack off it will be noticeable. Ability to travel Western Canada and meet like minded people and network with them!

      Cons

      Leadership is a bit young, but its getting better. A little bit disorganized when it comes to data. Moving around between hotels and houses can become a little bit annoying, but it's manageable.

      They pay somewhat good but they dont like to give you your benifets or make you part of the union

      Cons

      The whole mill is crap they treat there employees like garbage, they dont pay you properly and there is absoloutley no saftey measures what so ever When making a complaint on managment to HR the HR rep phoned the person i was making a complaint on and i was later layed of because of it
