      Pros

      Good people, providing good service to some good clients. Hardworking, dedicated people working in many different environments & conditions to get the job done.

      Cons

      But, sometimes surveys should be looked into deeper as to why the results are what they are. Un-qualified, favoritism / cronyism, technical service liabilities, unethical ???, not for me to determine, but moral suffers for almost all It's 1 apple, not the bushel.

      Pros

      Ledcor is great in so many ways. They have supported and promoted me and provided me with training whenever i asked for it. I have been fortunate to be able to work under some very influential and talented people. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      I think they carry a lot of baggage when they should just trim that fat.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working at Ledcor. Company recognized their employees for exceptional work. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Last supervisor was more involved with our unit, but previous supervisor was over worked and unable to give appropriate attention to our unit of 12 people.
