Pros

Enjoyable work at times. Potential to earn the money if you can get the right jobs. Company supplied vehicle.

Cons

Work is often sparse. They promised virtually unlimited earning potential, but that promise is based on wages before they did a rate cut almost two years ago.

One of the best things about working at Ledcor is the ability to learn from top professionals with a very broad range of skills. Ledcor attracts top talent and working with those individuals improved my own skill-set immensely. Ledcor also offers excellent working conditions with flexible hours etc. They are also very receptive to new ideas.

Cons

Ledcor is a very large company so a challenge was learning how to navigate the corporation and communicate to the appropriate individuals
