Good work, good benefits ,good people. Overall enjoyable experience. There are established programs for career development, safety practices. There is also good variety in project scope and you get the chance to work with a diverse group of people.

Cons

Long hours. Sometime the corporate culture has favortism with certain people. It's not publicly listed which makes its operation and disclosure semi opaque

Always busy could always find something to do most of the people were great to work with and good humor

A lot of communication issues where a supervisor says Ione thing and someone says something else and things get done wrong.
