Good company's culture and experience. Learning from a lot of professionals. Looks good on your resume.

Cons

Hard to move around within the company or internal promotion. They would rather higher someone external or friends with the hiring manager. The pay is relatively low compare to the market.

- managers tend to micro manage its employees - poor communication with its workers - no pay bonus - hard to get your way up
