      Pros

      Depending on your work location & team, you can get a real feeling of support and community. I have learned so much from the people here. That being said, there is also frustrations with specific people and things. I have heard from many people about how the safety culture is top-notch in the field which makes me really proud to be a part of the team. I know there is effort being put towards other areas like work culture. Glad to see the continuous effort for continued improvement.

      Cons

      Not everyone demonstrates work/life balance which puts unspoken pressure on others. As a company with 24/7 operations it can be challenging to turn off and step away. I think it's important for people to understand the needs of the business, but also have support to have healthy boundaries about their working hours/commitments.
