Pros

Busy company, with lots of secured projects and work. Very competitive pay, with regular performance reviews and salary increases. Management is open to conversations, and the team as a whole is fun to work with.

Cons

Not a lot of room for career advancement. Once in a role, it seems you're stuck in that role. The variety of civil type inspection work is limited, as most new and interesting projects involve mostly mechanical, electrical, and pipeline oriented inspector roles.

Work from home and it can be laid back (now that they have very little work)

Cons

Heavy turnover (in design & management). Poor management leads to loss of contracts. Very little design work now.
