Pros

Great on boarding - Team mentor assigned, introduction to company and senior leadership People were very nice - Very supportive of each other Transparent Leadership Communication - Healthcare is constantly changing, I felt the leadership communicated any organization changes coming in a transparent manner. CEO communications felt very genuine and inspiring. Great mission, your work supports something that really makes a difference in lives

Cons

Many analysts have clinical experience, but no technical background Low cube walls, desktops vs. laptops, small monitors No casual Friday's Lack of direct technical experience in IT management Required to be on after hours call rotation

Pros

Some good outpatient practitioners.

Cons

Abusive doctors and a CEO (George Brown) who cares only about the bottom line, to hell with the patients, their health and rights. Nightmarish ER at Legacy.
