I have been with Legacy for over 16 years. Excellent CEO. Supportive Leadership. . Great culture and pay. Caring workplace. Awesome coworkers. Fair with expectations for job performance. Cannot say enough about this amazing place! I am impressed with the growth of this healthcare systems and their strategic planning for the future.

Cons

Benefits: Would prefer to have copay versus coinsurance with health plan. Also wish tuition reimbursement was better.
