Pros

My experience here changed my views on mental health and how patients should be treated. Staff are personable and caring. Management is responsive and responsible. The ED is unique and engineered for quick recovery. The inpatient units are supportive but also self-motivating. I worked here for 10 weeks and although I am not cut out for this kind of patient population, I revered my coworkers and was blown away every day by their aptitude for psychiatric treatment and their dedication to caring for their patients. Flexibility was great here. Amazing coworkers. Great culture.

Cons

Benefits. Office space availability.

Increase vacation accrual for those that have been in the work force for a long time, rather than just for new employees
