      Pros

      If you want to work overtime, they always have availability. A great learning experience.

      Cons

      A lot of sick calls, causing overworked staff, unstable schedule. Working for the hospital and being part of a union has great benefits except that there are staff who stick around and are protected by union but do not do their job.
