      There are a lot of opportunities to learn fast if you are motivated to do so. Good managers and good pay.

      Some employees are set in their ways and do not like change. Everyone is easy to get along with.

      This is a great company to work for. From my experience, management seems to listen to staff and attempts to keep them engaged. Great leadership as well.
