Pros

Some good outpatient practitioners.

Cons

Abusive doctors and a CEO (George Brown) who cares only about the bottom line, to hell with the patients, their health and rights. Nightmarish ER at Legacy.

Pros

Collaborative and respectful working culture, excellent leaders (epecially Dr Brown as CEO and the children's hopsital nursing directors) but also down to the managers. Clear expectations and effective leadership structure, focus on the patient. Beautiful facility, brand-new children's hospital inpatient tower. values of the organization are simple and well ingrained. Community-focused and innovative.

Cons

Financial pressures (which are everywhere, not unique to Legacy), sometimes high-volumes as an urban center which can make the work-load difficult.
