Pros

As it was a research job, the hours were fairly flexible and the benefits were good. The people were great and had a sense of satisfaction with the work they were doing.

Cons

Smaller research institution, so the grant funding was not as significant as other larger institutions. This mean that the pool of projects to work on was limited, as well as their scope.

Pros

This hospital is successful, has many opportunities for staff. A leader in the community.

Cons

Lots of new nurses. Lots of new processes, constant change. Re-inventing the wheel. Old white guys running the place, very political. Tell us what we want to hear, nothing changes. Understaffed and told to deal with it. Same ol' story of every hospital! The community is growing and the hospital also needs to expand, desperately .
