Pros

Stable work environment and flexible schedule. 401k match.

Cons

Be sure to negotiate your salary up front or you will get stuck creeping along at a dismal 3% for the rest of your time in the job classification. Compensation is not merit based, so you have to be self-motivated.Due to budget cuts a few years back, they expect a lot out of each employee- so be ready to bring your A game all day every day. Tried to get re-classed as my workload and responsibilities changed significantly and does not reflect the job title, but was told no.

Pros

None - terrible place to work.

Cons

Extremely poor management. Not well trained. Treat employees very badly. Hostile work environment. No accountability for poor management. Evaluations based on hearsay and not facts. No system set up to provide information to upper management that would be taken seriously.
