Pros

Good manager, good work-life balance, easy hours, I don't think about my job when I go home usually, and the work is decent. Good patient care,

Cons

Very few opportuntiies for growth and travel, even before the recession. Legacy tends to treat their employees like children -- lots of cheesy activities and stuff. I don't want the activities, I just want growth and more money.

Pros

they are devoted to excellence. They deliver outstanding services. They are committed to the local community. They believe in what they do

Cons

West coast is not optimal as location for researchers do to the bad connectivity of the region. Average salaries are just in the normal range.
